Local – the word is synonymous with TMG Construction founder Tim Grieve, and embodies his work ethos. He went to school at Nambour High, completed his apprenticeship here on the coast and has lived in the area for most of his life, but it is also within this region that he sources suppliers and tradesmen. Tim has a vast knowledge of the building industry and has worked on many commercial and residential projects. Working with TMG Construction means you will also see Tim out on the tools. He is hands-on and encourages clients to be actively involved in the build too, ensuring the end result is a quality product.
If you have been in touch with TMG Construction, chances are you have already spoken to Project Manager Wendy Grieve. Wendy is a qualified builder and is normally the first point of contact, industrially organising the teams behind the scenes. She will discuss your needs and expectations, organise a no-obligation consultation with Tim before moving forward to the quoting stage. Wendy co-ordinates everything from documenting the quote to organising the contracts, finalising the plans, dealing with the certifier, basically, ensuring all is in place for the start date.
Josh Norman, a qualified builder, has been involved in the industry for over 15 years and is the on-site point of contact for clients. He is familiar with building construction strategies and high-quality construction industry practices, and as company supervisor, oversees projects alongside Tim and Wendy. Josh is the go-to person on the building site, managing the contractors, trades and suppliers. With a keen eye for design, Josh is always looking for better ways of doing things and products that will give customers a better end result. Josh prides himself on his attention to detail.
